December 1 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Do Good Days: Service projects that matter.
Tuesday, December 1, 2026 | 4:30 – 6 pm | Kansas City Hospice House
We are inviting community volunteers to help bring the joy of the holidays to Kansas City Hospice House by assisting with seasonal decorating.
Creating a warm, festive environment can bring comfort, joy, and a sense of peace to our patients and their families during a meaningful and often emotional time of year. From decorating trees and hanging lights to placing simple holiday touches throughout the house, your help makes a lasting impact.
This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals, families, schools, church groups, and organizations to come together and share kindness through service.
No supplies needed.
Do Good Days are monthly service project opportunities designed for individuals and community groups who want to give back in a meaningful way. This includes students (14+) seeking community service hours, as well as employer or community groups that are not registered hospice volunteers.
Important Notes:
- All activities are NON-PATIENT FACING and focus on supporting our patients, families, and care providers.
- Project supplies are provided.
- Please sign up only for tasks that you or your group can complete within the scheduled time.
- If verification of hours is needed, bring document to the event.
Your time and effort truly make a difference. Thank you for helping us create an environment of care, comfort, and compassion for our patients, families, and care providers.
