Les Pebley’s legacy. On a cold December day almost ten years ago, Lester (Les) Pebley, Kansas City Hospice board member Fran, and her husband Arnie had lunch with Kansas City Hospice staff. During their conversation Les shared that he and his deceased wife, Lil, began supporting Kansas City Hospice in 1997.
